ЖК-80.05.409 Backing plate РК-82

Description:

The ЖК-80.05.409 backing plate is a metal component made of high-quality steel or another strong material, intended for use in agricultural equipment of the ЖК-82 series. This element has high resistance to wear and to mechanical loads, which ensures its durability and reliability in operation. The precise dimensions and shape of the backing plate meet the requirements of the equipment, guaranteeing its effective operation.

Purpose: The ЖК-80.05.409 backing plate performs the following functions:

 • Alignment and support: Ensures the correct alignment and support of various parts and assemblies of the equipment, contributing to their stable operation and preventing misalignment.  • Load distribution: Gradually distributes mechanical loads over the mating elements, reducing the risk of their deformation and increasing the service life.  • Damping: Reduces the level of vibration and of shock loads, protecting the equipment against damage and improving the comfort of operation.  • Isolation: Isolates components from excessive friction and wear, reducing the need for frequent servicing and replacement of parts.  • Fastening and fixing: Serves for the reliable fastening and fixing of parts in a given position, preventing their displacement and ensuring the stability of the operation of the system.

The ЖК-80.05.409 backing plate is widely used in agricultural machinery of the ЖК-82 series, where a reliable fastening, support and protection of components is required. Its use contributes to increasing the reliability and durability of the equipment, to improving its operating characteristics and to reducing the costs of maintenance and repair.
