About this product
Verango Prime — a soil nematicide in the form of a suspension concentrate containing 400 g/l of fluopyram, an active substance from the SDHI group. It blocks complex II of the respiratory chain in the mitochondria and stops the production of energy in plant-parasitic nematodes. The product controls soil and stem nematodes, in particular the golden potato cyst nematode, on potato, tomato, onion and strawberry, and also suppresses some soil fungi. It is applied by overall soil cultivation with incorporation at 10–20 cm three days before sowing, by drip irrigation after planting or into the furrows during potato planting, at a rate of 0,625 l/ha.
