About this product
The SPM 8 is a trailed pneumatic eight-row precision planter with 70 cm row spacing for single-seed sowing of calibrated and uncalibrated maize, sunflower and soybean seed. Its metering units use the Precision Planting vacuum seed metering system to place seed one by one, while the planter applies dry fertiliser and micronutrients in the same pass.
The metering units are driven mechanically from the ground-drive wheels, and coulter down-pressure is set within a working range.
