Транспортний пристрій ПТС-1 використовується для транспортування навісних просапних сівалок GASPARDO SP 8, які агрегатуються з тракторами потужністю від 80 к.с., між полями, а також дорогами загального користування.
Транспортний пристрій ПТС-1 дозволяє:
переобладнати сівалки з навісних у напівпричіпні;агрегатувати із тракторами ЮМЗ, МТЗ 80/82, Т-74, ДТ-75;знизити витрати палива;переміщувати сівалки між полями при максимальному завантаженні 2802м та 691ми;не від'єднуючи транспортний пристрій здійснити посів;швидко виконувати підйом - опускання на розворотах.
