Tekvil

Tekvil is a systemic fungicide containing difenoconazole at 250 g/L, formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate. A triazole (FRAC group 3), it inhibits ergosterol synthesis to halt subcuticular mycelium growth and suppress sporulation, giving both long preventive and curative action in fruit orchards. It is applied to the foliage at 600–1000 litres of spray solution per hectare, preventively or at the first signs of disease, and remains effective when used within about four days of infection.
