Main advantages
About this product
SY Amazoniya is a medium-maturity sunflower hybrid from Syngenta grown under classic (non-herbicide) technology for linoleic oil production. It combines a high oil content of 52-54% with a moderately-intensive adaptability type suited to the Forest-Steppe and Steppe zones. The hybrid resists new aggressive broomrape races A through G, downy mildew and stem lodging, and sets seed well under stress thanks to good head pollination. It performs best at optimal sowing dates without over-thickening under adequate moisture.
