Stroby
Stroby is a strobilurin (QoI) fungicide from BASF containing kresoxim-methyl at 500 g/kg, formulated as water-dispersible granules. It controls scab and powdery mildew on apple and pear, and oidium and downy mildew on grape. The active ingredient forms rainfast deposits on the plant's waxy layer and redistributes translaminarly within the leaf, acting protectively to inhibit spore germination. It is applied during the growing season according to phytosanitary forecasts at 0.2–0.3 kg/ha depending on crop, with up to three treatments per season.
