About this product
Telemetry unit installed underground in a hole dug with a post-hole digger next to a Drill & Drop probe and connected to it over the SDI-12 protocol. Data travel by ground-penetrating spread-spectrum radio in the ISM band to a Milesight SG50 gateway.
Power comes from a replaceable lithium D-cell with a supercapacitor, and a magnetic switch turns the unit on without opening the housing.
