Сендай — це очищувач у формі розчинного концентрату для обприскувальної техніки на основі аніонної поверхнево-активної речовини (МЕА-додецилбензенсульфонат) у поєднанні з натрієвою сіллю дифосфонової кислоти та етаноламіном. Засіб розчиняє й видаляє залишки пестицидів, зокрема на основі олій, із баків, трубопроводів, фільтрів і форсунок, запобігаючи пошкодженню чутливих наступних культур. Робочий розчин готують у концентрації 0,5% (0,5 л на 100 л води) і прокачують через усі системи обприскувача щонайменше 15 хвилин після кожного застосування пестицидів.
