Select is a graminicide formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate with clethodim for beet, sunflower, oilseed rape, soybean, flax, peas, carrot, tomato, watermelon, onion, cabbage and cucumber against grass weeds.

About this product
Select is a selective systemic graminicide with clethodim 120 g/L in an emulsifiable concentrate. In susceptible grasses clethodim binds to acetyl-CoA carboxylase, disrupts lipid biosynthesis and accumulates in the meristems.
It is applied once, while the weeds are actively growing, on sugar, table and fodder beet, fibre flax, sunflower, oilseed rape, soybean, carrot, tomato, watermelon, peas, onion, cabbage and cucumber. Against annual grasses 3–5 cm tall the rate is 0.4–0.8 l/ha, against perennial grasses 15–20 cm tall 1.4–1.8 l/ha, on peas and onion 1.2–1.6 l/ha.
