Radburg tyres are retreaded by the cold retreading method, by bonding on raw rubber with a subsequent four-hour vulcanization. This method involves retreading at low temperatures and is considered gentle on the tyre, unlike hot retreading, which impairs the operating properties of the product afterwards. Truck tyres retreaded in this way are not inferior in their properties to new ones, and a considerable saving is achieved.
