Quantum Molybdenum Chelate (Mo) — a liquid concentrated molybdenum micronutrient fertilizer with molybdenum 40 g/l in chelated form, phosphorus and potassium, especially for legumes and acidic soils.

Main advantages

  • Molybdenum 40 g/l in chelated form — well absorbed
  • Acidic soils pH < 5.5 — especially effective per the maker
  • Legume seed 0.5 l/t — check with inoculants
  • Soybean at budding 0.3–0.7 l/ha — the maker's rate
  • Fertigation 100 ml per 1 m³ — drip irrigation

Overview

About this product

Quantum Molybdenum Chelate (Mo) — a concentrated molybdenum micronutrient fertilizer with molybdenum in chelated form for preventing and eliminating molybdenum deficiency on all crops. It contains 40 g/l of molybdenum, 60 g/l of P₂O₅, 70 g/l of K₂O and 5 g/l of nitrogen; pH 7.5–8.5, density 1.10–1.20 kg/l.

Per the maker, it is especially effective on acidic soils (pH < 5.5) and for legumes: soybean, pea, lucerne. Legume seed is treated at 0.5 l/t; as a foliar on soybean and pea 0.3–0.7 l/ha, on wheat, barley and maize 0.3–0.5, on other crops 0.2–0.5 l/ha.

In fertigation 100 ml per 1 m³ of water.

With molybdenum deficiency (by visual or laboratory diagnosis), for all crops, especially fruit, berry and vegetable crops, treatments are repeated at 7–10 day intervals

Method

Treatment of legume seed: 0.5 l/t

Foliar feeding with standard sprayers: spray solution 200–400 l/ha for vegetable crops, 500–1000 l/ha for grapes and fruit crops

Conditions

The maker points to particular effectiveness on acidic soils (pH < 5.5) with low molybdenum availability

Prepare the spray solution immediately before application: fill the tank 2/3 with water and, while stirring, add the components one at a time, waiting until the previous one is evenly mixed

Tank mix

Joint application with plant protection products and other fertilizers is possible, but do not combine feeding with herbicide treatment at the early stages of plant development

Before mixing, check compatibility: a test spray solution must not form a precipitate, slight turbidity is acceptable
