Quantum·Biostimulants
Quantum Gibbon
Quantum Gibbon — a liquid growth stimulant fertilizer with gibberellins GA3 (20 g/l) for parthenocarpy, shoot elongation, thinning grape clusters and fruit weight gain.
Main advantages
- Seedless grapes: thinning — 30–40% of flowering
- Pear 55–110 ml/100 l — stimulating parthenocarpy
- Potato 25 ml/100 l — treating tubers before planting
- Not with herbicides — the maker's caution
Overview
About this product
Quantum Gibbon — a fertilizer stimulating plant growth and fruit weight gain in a stable liquid formulation, which, per the maker, can be used at low rates. It contains 20 g/l of gibberellins GA3 and 2.5 g/l of nitrogen.
It is used to stimulate parthenocarpy, shoot formation and elongation, uniform fruit, fruit growth and weight and to thin grape clusters. Rates differ by crop and purpose: cherry 20–50 ml per 100 l of water, pear, tomatoes, aubergines 55–110, apple 45–85, sweet cherry 45–110, strawberry 25–150, table grapes 25–200; potato tubers are dipped in a solution of 25 ml per 100 l before planting.

- 25–45 ml/100 l, spray solution 1000 l/ha
- Purpose of treatment
- Increasing berry size
- Growth stage
- Berry filling period, berry diameter 3–4 mm (BBCH 71–72); for uniform, larger berries repeat after 8–10 days

- Purpose of treatment
- Stimulating parthenocarpy and fruit development
- Growth stage
- Start of flowering (20–30% of flowers) – full flowering (BBCH 62–63)
- Method
Foliar feeding with standard sprayers: spray solution 200–400 l/ha for field and vegetable crops, 500–1000 l/ha for grapes and fruit crops
- Conditions
Prepare the spray solution immediately before application: fill the tank 2/3 with water and, while stirring, add the components one at a time, waiting until the previous one is evenly mixed
Spray in the morning or evening; optimal air temperature 10–25 °C, wind up to 5 m/s
- Tank mix
Joint application with plant protection products and other fertilizers is possible, but do not combine feeding with herbicide treatment
