Протеус — це системно-контактний інсектицид компанії Bayer, що поєднує дві діючі речовини: тіаклоприд (100 г/л) і дельтаметрин (10 г/л) — в олійній дисперсії (OD). Препарат контролює широкий спектр гризучих і сисних шкідників: довгоносиків, блішок, попелиць, трипсів, п'явиць, совок і метеликів на цукрових буряках, томатах, пшениці, ячмені, ріпаку, картоплі та кукурудзі. Обприскують у період вегетації за перших ознак пошкодження; олійна дисперсія забезпечує стійке утримання на листі, стійкість до змивання дощем і швидкий нокдаун-ефект.
