Pikador

Pikador is a systemic soluble-concentrate herbicide based on imazethapyr (100 g/L), an imidazolinone that inhibits ALS enzyme activity in target plants. It controls annual grass and broadleaf weeds, including some quarantine species, in soybean and pea crops. Applied by spraying either pre-emergence onto the soil before or after sowing, or post-emergence when weeds reach the cotyledon to four-leaf stage. Its residual soil activity suppresses successive weed flushes throughout the growing season.
