About this product
Transmission oil Xtreme GEAR 140EP (85W140)
Xtreme GEAR 140EP (85W140) are premium-class lubricants made from specially selected base oils and additives.
The oils of the Xtreme GEAR EP series form a lubricating film on the surface of the gear teeth in order to avoid serious grinding damage during start-up under load.
These products exhibit the following main properties:
very good EP performance;excellent oxidation resistance;high thermal stability;high protection of moving parts against corrosion and rust. The oils of the Xtreme GEAR EP series are recommended for the lubrication of all types of hypoid gears under conditions of heavy loads, high relative sliding speed between the teeth and high operating temperatures.
The oils can also be used for conventional gearboxes and steering on cars, and also for gearboxes and final drives on earth-moving vehicles.
