Hydraulic oil Xtreme HYDRO 46

The product line Xtreme HYDRO includes 6 hydraulic oils with grades from ISO 22 to ISO 150. 

Developed on the basis of carefully selected base oils and a balanced additive package to provide excellent characteristics for all hydraulic systems operating over a wide range of temperatures. 

The high anti-wear characteristics of the oil guarantee high protection for all types of pumps, from gear to piston, or vane ones.

Xtreme HYDRO has the following characteristics:

excellent anti-wear properties, high thermal stability, excellent anti-foam properties and resistance to oxidation, excellent demulsifying ability, excellent compatibility with the metals and seals that are usually used in hydraulic control elements. good fluidity at low temperatures, which allows a cold start without preliminary heating of the oil. Xtreme HYDRO is designed for operation in hydraulic systems that work in harsh conditions. 

The use of the oil can lead to a reduction in the maintenance intervals of hydraulic systems, improving production capacity and contributing to a reduction in costs thanks to a smaller number of breakdowns.

Thanks to the excellent anti-wear properties Xtreme HYDRO can be used in all mechanisms and gears, where EP characteristics are not required, for example, in machine tool headstocks and high-speed bearings  (also at high loads).
