About this product

Nivaton Zinc 120

Nivaton Zinc 120 is a concentrated microfertilizer for foliar feeding of wheat, rye, barley, oats, sunflower, buckwheat, flax, rapeseed, corn, legumes, vegetables, potatoes, fruit and berry crops and grapes. Citric acid is the chelating agent and the zinc is present as zinc citrate, so the fertilizer quickly neutralises a temporary zinc deficiency and prevents it. Besides zinc, it contains ammonium nitrogen and organic acids. The product is a clear, colourless liquid with or without an ammonia odour.

Questions & answers

What farmers ask most

  • Rates depend on crop, prior history and soil analysis. Urea and other straight nitrogen grades are not an NPK complex: a cereal ballpark is often 100–250 kg/ha of product, but the exact dose is an agronomist's call. The /calculators/npk tool is not the canonical rate for this product.
