MOL hydraulic oil Biohyd 46S
MOL Biohyd 46S is a biodegradable hydraulic oil based on synthetic esters. In the environment it breaks down over a certain time into components that are not harmful. It is compatible with most sealing materials (nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), polyurethane resins, polyacrylates, fluorinated polysiloxane and Viton-type materials). It is not compatible with natural rubber or ethylene propylene monodiene (EPDM). The product has a longer change interval compared with hydraulic oils based on vegetable oil. Biodegradability may decrease or disappear completely if the product is mixed with oils that are not biodegradable. Recommended application temperature range: from -20 to +45 °C.
