About this product
Moddus Start is a plant growth regulator (retardant) containing 250 g/L trinexapac-ethyl in a dispersion-concentrate formulation. It inhibits gibberellin biosynthesis, shortening and thickening the stem internodes to prevent lodging in winter wheat and winter barley. Applied as a foliar spray from the three-leaf stage through flag-leaf emergence (BBCH 13–39) at 0.2–0.6 L/ha, it also promotes root development, harmonises productive tillering, and improves stress and winter hardiness, working reliably from +5 °C.
