About this product
MEDYAN EXTRA 350 SC — a contact copper fungicide in the form of a suspension concentrate with a copper oxychloride content of 350 g/l. On the surface of the treated plant it forms a protective layer where the copper ions react with the proteins and enzymes of the pathogens of fungal and bacterial diseases, disrupting the integrity of the membranes and stopping the germination of the spores. The product is applied by spraying during the growing season: it protects apple and pear against scab, grapevine against downy mildew and anthracnose, and also tomato, cucumber, soybean and sugar beet against a number of fungal and bacterial diseases. Permitted for organic farming.
