About this product
Matador is a systemic neonicotinoid insecticide seed treatment based on imidacloprid at 200 g/l, formulated as a flowable concentrate (FS). Applied to cereal seed and potato tubers before sowing or planting, it works by contact and ingestion to control a broad complex of soil and early-season pests, including wireworms, chafer larvae, aphids, cereal flies, flea beetles, cutworms and the Colorado potato beetle. Taken up systemically, it gives long protection to emerging seedlings.
