Welder's mask SCREEN

A welder's mask with an optoelectronic automatic darkening filter. Mask material – polypropylene. Interior fittings of polycarbonate, with a convenient ratchet mount and a sweat-absorbing insert, with a large number of adjustments: the tilt of the shield, the distance to the face, the size of the head harness. The mask provides full protection of the head and the eyes against ultraviolet and infrared rays emitted during welding work.

Filter lens size: 100x67 mm. Optical class – 1 (the highest); light diffusion class -1; light transmission coefficient – 1; angular dependence of the light transmission coefficient -2. The filter lens makes it possible to set three parameters: the sensitivity, the shade level and the response time of the filter. The sensitivity is adjusted depending on the illumination level for different welding methods (LOW-HI). Shade level DIN9 – DIN13, in the light state – DIN4. The darkening time – 0,00004, the lightening time – from 0,15 to 0,8 s. works from two lithium batteries, there is a battery discharge indicator. The mask can be used for most types of welding work (electric welding MIG, MAG, TIG; it cannot be used for gas cutting and laser welding).
