Macho

Macho is a tank-mix adjuvant from Defenda, a suspension concentrate containing isodecyl alcohol ethoxylate at 900 g/l. It is not a standalone pesticide: it lowers the surface tension of the spray solution so the mix spreads into a uniform film, clings to the leaf and resists run-off, and it speeds uptake of co-applied actives. Added at 0.1% (100 ml per 100 l of water) to post-emergence tank mixes with herbicides, insecticides or fungicides, it suits field, fruit, berry and vegetable crops regardless of water hardness.
