The MT3.40 Gear Cab is an MT3-series compact tractor with a mechanical gearbox and an enclosed cab, powered by a 40.5 hp three-cylinder Common Rail turbo diesel. The mechanical gearbox has equal forward and reverse gear counts, so working speed suits the implement in both directions.
For mounted and PTO-driven implements it has an independent PTO with three speed settings and a Category I three-point hitch with position and draft control. The enclosed cab shields the operator from dust and weather during long shifts.
