The I36EMR is an I-series compact tractor with a mechanical gearbox, powered by a 38.3 hp water-cooled diesel engine. The mechanical gearbox has equal forward and reverse gear counts, so working speed suits the implement in both directions.
For mounted and PTO-driven implements it has an independent PTO that runs separately from the transmission clutch and a Category I three-point hitch with position and draft control.
