About this product
LG 50500 is a medium-early sunflower hybrid recommended for the forest-steppe and northern steppe zones of Ukraine. It combines high tolerance to brown rust with broomrape resistance to races A–F and tolerance to race G, suiting it to sunflower-intensive rotations under disease pressure. Rated 9/9 for yield stability, oil content and lodging resistance, it holds its stand and oil output across variable conditions, while 8/9 drought tolerance supports moisture-limited seasons.
