Levias

Levias — a selective soil herbicide based on clomazone, 480 g/l, in the form of an emulsifiable concentrate. It is applied before the emergence of the crop immediately after sowing; the product forms a protective screen in the surface layer of the soil and controls annual grass and dicotyledonous weeds for six to eight weeks. Clomazone penetrates through the roots and the shoots, blocking the synthesis of chlorophyll and carotenoids, as a result of which the weeds are bleached and die. It is used on rapeseed and soybean, often in tank mixes to broaden the spectrum of action.
