Overview

About this product

The IC-Weeder is an automatic hoeing machine for vegetable crops that recognises each plant from camera images and hoes both between rows and between plants within the row. Cameras under a cover work with LED lighting, and the terminal calculates the actual plant position and sends the signal to the side-shift frame and the active knives.

Pneumatically driven sickle-shaped knives swing into the row from both sides and close between plants, while parallelogram elements follow the ground contour. A CropClean air blast removes dust and soil from the plants.
