Overview
About this product
Lebosol-Calcium — a calcium oxide solution for foliar nutrition with 16.7% CaO (220 g/l); density 1.32 kg/l, pH 7.5. The fertilizer was developed for fruit growing: per the maker, calcium is taken up through leaves and fruit, and the fertilizer supports fruit firmness and storability.
Calcium is short on acid, sandy and light soils, acid peat soils and in drought. The general rate is 5–10 l/ha in at least 500 l of water, in a knapsack sprayer a 1% solution; for pome fruit 4–6 treatments from walnut-sized fruit.
The fertilizer is on the FiBL list.
