КВС Фернандо — середньоранній зерновий гібрид кукурудзи ФАО 260, один із найкращих за врожайністю у групі ФАО 200-300. Поєднує дуже швидкий стартовий розвиток із високою холодостійкістю, що дозволяє висівати його за температури ґрунту +7...+8°С у ранні строки. Високорослі потужні рослини зубового типу зерна вирізняються дуже швидкою вологовіддачею та добре виповненим качаном із високою масою 1000 зерен. Пластичний гібрид придатний для всіх регіонів України, найкраще розкривається за інтенсивною та середньою технологіями, з потенціалом урожайності зерна до 18 т/га.
