About this product
KS 5400 is a mounted six-row potato haulm topper covering three beds at a row width of 90 cm. Flails crush the haulm mechanically and lay it between the ridges, which matters when the stems are treated with other herbicides afterwards.
Crushed haulm also lowers the risk of blockage at the harvester intake when there are large masses of haulm. For transport the machine folds to a width of 2.4 m, and it is driven from the PTO.
