About this product
The GL 420 Exacta is a short, combined four-row potato planter, carried on the tractor without running wheels. Its design gives the smallest distance between tuber discharge and the following ridge forming plates, so the tubers lie in the middle of the ridge even on slopes.
A mechanical coupling between the furrow opener and the ridge forming plate ensures an exact planting depth. Loosening tines can be fitted in front of the soil tillage implement, and either a rotary harrow or a full-width tiller is available for soil preparation.
With no running wheels, there is no soil compaction behind the cultivator.
