Fielder

Fielder is a selective soil-applied herbicide containing 720 g/L propisochlor, a chloroacetamide, formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate. It controls annual grass weeds and some annual broadleaf weeds in sunflower and rapeseed. Systemic and absorbed by germinating shoots and roots, it disrupts cell division in emerging weeds. Spray onto the soil before, during, or after sowing but before crop emergence; on rapeseed it may also be applied early post-emergence. Adequate surface soil moisture ensures a stable herbicidal barrier.
