About this product
Emesto Quantum — a flowable concentrate for seed treatment (FS) of potato that combines the neonicotinoid insecticide clothianidin with the succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor (SDHI) fungicide penflufen. Applied to the tubers, it protects against soil and sucking pests — wireworms, false wireworms, chafer larvae, the Colorado potato beetle, leafhoppers, aphids and thrips — and also suppresses rhizoctonia (black scurf) and silver scurf. The product is dissolved in water and sprayed evenly onto the tubers before planting, or applied into the furrows and onto the tubers during planting.
