Overview
About this product
HROS Amino-Zn — an anti-stress micronutrient fertilizer for foliar feeding of crops sensitive to zinc shortage. It contains zinc 2.0% in EDTA chelate, L-α-amino acids 9.0% and amide nitrogen (NH2) 1.0%.
Per the maker, the amino acids improve zinc uptake and help plants overcome stress after high temperatures, drought or cold snaps, and zinc takes part in the biosynthesis of growth stimulants and enzymes. Questions & answers
What farmers ask most
- Rates depend on crop, prior history and soil analysis. Urea and other straight nitrogen grades are not an NPK complex: a cereal ballpark is often 100–250 kg/ha of product, but the exact dose is an agronomist's call.
