DKS 3972 — a mid-season maize hybrid of the Dekalb line by Bayer with an FAO number of 300 and a dent grain type. It combines maximum drought resistance and cold resistance (both 9 out of 9) with high resistance to stalk and ear fusarium, a strong stem, and also reliable initial growth energy and moisture release. The hybrid is suitable for all growing zones and all soil types, responds to a medium and high level of mineral nutrition, withstands monoculture and prolonged standing in the field, and is suitable for grain and silage use.
