About this product
Prosens is a translaminar insecticide from DEFENDA containing 100 g/kg emamectin benzoate, an avermectin, formulated as water-soluble granules. It controls hidden and exposed lepidopteran pests, acting on eggs and caterpillars through contact and stomach activity: treated larvae stop feeding within hours and die within one to two days. Applied as a foliar spray at 0.2-0.25 kg/ha, it penetrates the leaf, resists rain wash-off after two hours, and stays effective in heat and across working-solution pH.
