DEFENDA Presto
DEFENDA Presto is a two-component systemic insecticide formulated as a suspension concentrate, combining clothianidin (200 g/l), a neonicotinoid, with lambda-cyhalothrin (50 g/l), a pyrethroid. It works through contact and ingestion with a rapid knockdown effect against a broad range of chewing and sucking pests, including Colorado beetle, aphids, scale insects, flea beetles and corn borer. It is applied as a foliar spray at 0.15–0.4 l/ha on cereals, oilseed rape, maize, potatoes, vegetables, orchards and grapes during the growing season.
