About this product
Cirkyl is a pyrethroid insecticide from DEFENDA formulated as an emulsion concentrate containing lambda-cyhalothrin at 50 g/L. It controls a broad range of leaf-eating and sucking insect pests on field crops through contact and stomach action, delivering fast knockdown even at low application rates. It is sprayed at 0.15–0.2 L/ha during the growing season when pests appear. Once the spray has dried it is rainfast, breaks down quickly in soil, and also suppresses some mite species.
