Overview
About this product
Apex 1 is a CropX multi-depth soil sensor that measures soil moisture, temperature and salinity (EC) through the root-zone profile in real time and detects leaching from EC readings. It comes in three depth versions, from 30 to 90 cm, to match different crop rooting depths.
The smooth tapered body installs and comes out without slurry and with minimal soil disturbance. Readings travel through a CropX telemetry unit to the CropX platform for irrigation and nutrition decisions.
