About this product
Provides long-lasting lubrication at high temperature on the process equipment of the food industry, where accidental contact with food products is possible. NLGI 2 classification. Provides anti-corrosion protection in a damp environment. It contains Teflon, improving the anti-wear properties. It extends lubrication intervals and the service life of components.
Properties:
Increases the interval between lubrication;The formation of carbon deposits that arise during the use of high-temperature greases is significantly reduced;Good sealing properties protect assemblies that operate in a damp environment against corrosion;Improves the anti-wear characteristics and extends the service life of parts;Does not affect most sealing materials of the rubber type;Excellent mechanical and thermal stability up to 300°C;Protects against corrosion;NSF (National Sanitation Foundation of the USA) approval: H1 (registered under No. 140070) for use in the food industry. It can be used on all metal structures that are used in the food industry: bearings, hinges, joints, valves, chains, transmission mechanisms and gearboxes.
