CRC aerosol zinc-aluminium coating Galva Brite IND

Protective zinc-aluminium coating for priming. A one-component zinc-aluminium coating combines corrosion-protective properties with the glossy shine of aluminium. The Galva Brite product is a mixture of zinc and aluminium powders, polymers and additives, which forms on the surface an elastic protective film with a bright glossy shine. Zinc, aluminium, anti-corrosion additives and a durable resin provide reliable protection against corrosion. Protection against bad weather is provided by hot galvanizing by the full-immersion method, making Galva Brite an exceptionally effective product for repairing damaged galvanic coating. 

Properties:

a unique combination of elasticity and hardness;does not contain lead or salts of chromic acid;adheres well to metal surfaces;does not contain chlorinated or aromatic solvents;an excellent finishing coating for galvanized surfaces;provides excellent protection of ferrous metals against corrosion and rust;the galvanic properties of the product provide cathodic protection (the coating becomes the anode);resistant to the formation of rust, prevents flaking and discolouration of the coating;a galvanized appearance of the surface is easily achieved by spraying the product from an aerosol can;a dimethylene propellant gas is used to control the properties of the film and for use in aerosols.
