About this product
NovaTec N-Max 24-5-5(+2+TE) — complex granular fertilizer with a high nitrogen content and the nitrification inhibitor DMPP for basal and supplementary feeding. DMPP delays the conversion of ammonium to nitrate, so nitrogen becomes available over 4–10 weeks depending on soil temperature and moisture and is leached less.
Of the 24% nitrogen, 13% is ammonium and 11% nitrate. Potassium is in sulfate form; the maker recommends the fertilizer for chloride-sensitive crops, soils prone to salinisation and soils high in potassium.
It is applied with a spreader or by hand throughout the growing season. Bags from 25 kg, big bags from 500 kg.
