About this product
Champion WG is a contact copper fungicide from Nufarm, based on copper hydroxide (770 g/kg, equivalent to 500 g/kg metallic copper) and formulated as water-dispersible granules. Copper ions form a protective film on foliage that denatures pathogen proteins and stops spore germination, controlling scab and leaf spots on apple, downy mildew on grapevine, late blight and alternaria on tomato, cercospora on sugar beet, and disease complexes on walnut and blueberry. Apply preventively during the growing season at 7–10 day intervals.
