Overview
About this product
UNDERHIZ Two-component AP — a peat inoculant for legumes with additional phosphorus mobilisation. The first component contains the nodule bacteria Bradyrhizobium japonicum, Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viceae and bv. phaseoli, Mesorhizobium ciceri and Sinorhizobium sp., the second contains the phosphate-mobilising fungus Penicillium bilaii; titre at least (1.0–3.0) × 10⁹ CFU/ml.
The bacteria fix atmospheric nitrogen in symbiosis with legumes, and per the maker the product also aids uptake of soil phosphorus and root system development. It comes in two jars, and the components are mixed before use; pack 1 kg, storage 6 months at 4–10 °C.
