About this product

Ardanis

Ardanis is a two-component suspension-concentrate insecticide combining clothianidin (250 g/L), a systemic neonicotinoid, with beta-cyfluthrin (50 g/L), a contact pyrethroid. The pairing delivers both contact and systemic activity against a complex of leaf-chewing and sucking pests, giving a fast knockout effect and prolonged protection as clothianidin stays active in the plant for up to four weeks. Spraying begins once the economic damage threshold is exceeded, using 200–300 L/ha of working solution, and is not carried out during crop flowering.

Two-component contact and systemic insecticide: clothianidin (neonicotinoid, IRAC 4A) is taken up systemically and binds nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, while beta-cyfluthrin (pyrethroid, IRAC 3) acts on contact as a sodium-channel modulator — together overwhelming the insect nervous system.
