About this product

Alfa-Getman

Alfa-Getman is a soil-applied systemic herbicide containing 960 g/L metolachlor as an emulsifiable concentrate. The active substance is absorbed by weed seedlings as they pass through the topsoil and blocks root and shoot growth, so annual grasses and some broadleaf weeds die without emerging at the surface. It controls foxtail, crabgrass, annual bluegrass, chickweed, pigweed and similar species in sunflower and transplanted crops. Apply pre-emergence to fine, moist soil, incorporating with tillage implements in dry weather.
