Nozzle bushing Cat®
Description: Nozzle bushings are a cavity for the accumulation of fuel in the fuel injection system. These bushings allow the increased fuel flow to bypass the injector, reducing the likelihood of pitting of the bushing by the small amount of air that has entered the fuel system as a result of leaks or excessive turbulence. These service components are used during engine overhaul and scheduled technical maintenance of Cat engines.
