Spare part for Fantini corn headers.
Purpose: Returning the part or parts with which the spring works to their initial position when the force deforming it is removed. Used to replace worn or damaged parts during repair and refurbishment work.
Properties: Helical item of conical or cylindrical shape, wound from special spring wire (rod). The end coils of the spring are pressed against the adjacent ones and, where necessary, ground to form a plane perpendicular to its axis. After the machining is completed, the part is heat-treated to obtain the required stiffness.
